I will be coming off of the master cleanse on 11/14 and I am starting now with the planning of my meals when I come off of it so that I don’t go back to my old, unhealthy eating habits. I want to eat vegetarian to make the most of the cleansing I have done but I want a website that has good vegetarian recipes. If the site lists the calorie count for the recipes as well, that would be even better. =)

I purchased one over the holidays, and might decide to take it back for a smaller one if necessary. I’ve noticed most recipes are for standard 4qt slow cookers, and websites I’ve seen have said to double ingredients if cooking in a larger one. I really don’t want to go to more trouble than it’s worth. If there is anyone with any helpful information, please share. IF I should exchange it for another one that is smaller, let me know that too! THANKS!

It’s hard to come up with ideas though considering everything online and in the cookbooks are really fancy and neither of us like those things. I’ve had some great luck requesting recipes here so I decided to try cooking something a little different for dinner tonight. I purchased a ****** of veal which weighs roughly 4 1/2lbs. I have never in my life cooked veal before and truly have no clue how to prepare it. Any suggestions are mot welcome!

Another question I have is, what does veal taste like? What is it supposed to taste like and how do I know if it is done?

I got a rice cooker as a wedding gift and I would like to use it more often. Right now, I only use it to steam rice for Chinese and Mexican cooking. I would like some recipes I could use in it so I might use it more often and have a greater variety. Also, can I cook anything besides rice in it? Any ideas would be helpful Thanks!
I have a 6-cup Rival rice cooker and a 10-cup Farnerware Nutristeam system. Both have steam trays that sit on top. I would love some recipes! Thanks!

Like many of you, I’m a working mom on a tight schedule. I love to cook, but some nights I’d love to just come home to dinner without stopping at the local fast food joint or other take-out solutions.

I love coming home to the smells of dinner cooking but am running low on recipes for my crock pot.

What are some good recipes that I can throw in the crock pot before I leave for work that will be done after about 9+ hours?
