We were planning on having string beans with almonds today for thanksgiving, but we forgot to pick up string beans. We do have frozen broccoli, but our supplies are limited. No mayo, some types of cheese like parmesan, bread crumbs, etc. Anyone know any good recipes that uses limited supplies but is veeeerrrrrrrrrrrry yummy?

I currently live in Germany, and there isn’t an abundance of sea scallops. Unless I drive all the way to France, I have to buy large scallops from the American grocery stores. The large scallops aren’t as big and sear/grill friendly as the sea scallops. Are there any recipes you know/recommend for just large scallops. Also, the large scallops or and half to whole inch bigger than bay scallops. Thank you!
